Terms and Conditions

Appointment Booking

• All appointments are subject to availability.

• To book an appointment, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule our appointments t our discretion.​

Payment and Fees

• A deposit of £25 is required per booking.

• The remaining balance will be due at the time of service.

• We accept payment by cash or card.

• Prices for services are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

• Failure to provide sufficient notice means you will have to forfeit your booking deposit.

• Flex Remedial reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee at the standard rate for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and missed appointments.

Gift Vouchers

• Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the purchase date and must be produced at your appointment.

• Please allow plenty of time to schedule the session/sessions covered by the Gift Voucher to ensure that they fall within the valid period. 

• Gift Vouchers are STRICTLY non-refundable. 

• Unused values cannot be refunded or consolidated onto another Gift Voucher.

• Gift Vouchers must be redeemed for the specific service purchased unless otherwise stated. Using the voucher as monetary value towards another service is at the discretion of Flex Remedial.

• When booking your appointment using a Gift Voucher, the standard deposit is still required, and this will be refunded to you when you attend your appointment. 

• Non-attendance or cancellation of an appointment with insufficient notice will result in that appointment being deducted from the balance of the Gift Voucher, in line with our Cancellations policy.

Health and Safety

• It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or other relevant health information before receiving any services.

• We may refuse or modify services based on your health status to ensure your safety and well-being.

Confidentiality

• Your privacy and confidentiality are important to us. We will not disclose your personal information or any details of your sessions without your consent, except as required by law.

Liability

• Flex Remedial and it's therapists are not liable for any injuries, accidents or adverse reactions that may occur during or after treatment, unless caused by negligence on our part.

• You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Flex Remedial and it's representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services.

Amendments

• Flex Remedial reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective upon being published on our website.
