Treatments

door sign, do not disturb, treatment in progress

My aim is to help you move with less pain and more freedom. Treatments incorporate 5 key components;

  • Listen - in order to better understand the root of the issue

  • Assess - see what movements feel challenging

  • Work together - tailoring your treatment to include massage and or movement

  • Knowledge - guiding you to further understand how and why your body feels the way it does

  • Rehabilitation - helping you to manage your pain, and giving you the tools to build your confidence

Simply book the duration you require, using the online calendar. First appointments are all 60 minutes long, to include an initial assessment and discuss your treatment plan.
